A 10.5% city and state room tax is not included in any rate quoted and must be paid along with any balance due. A one-third deposit is required to reserve any apartment and may be paid by personal check, cash, or money order. Payment of the balance due via money order only. - NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL BEACH WEEK GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A PHOTO ID AT CHECK-IN!
A $50 per person cash security deposit is also required at check-in. This is a refundable deposit provided that the unit is left in good order.
Check-in time: 4:30pm to 8pm Saturday Check-out time: 10:30am Saturday
Although every effort will be made to secure the apartment you wish at the time of reservation, sometimes we may have to substitute an equal or better unit. Only weekly rates are available, from Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellations - Note: Senior Week Cancellations at any time will forfeit your entire deposit amount.
Noise Ordinance: We are required by law to inform you in writing that there is a "Noise Control Ordinance" in effect as of May 4, 1982.
